Official Regulation for Online Berthing Reservations & Mooring

Prioritizing safety and the smooth operation of our ports, please read the mandatory regulations carefully. Non-compliance will result in the immediate rejection of the application.

NEW PORT (TOURLOS)


  • Exclusively for vessels with a Length Over All (LOA) of less than 25 meters.
  • Motor Yachts are permitted.
  • Sailing Yachts are permitted.
  • RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) are permitted.

OLD PORT (CHORA)


  • Exclusively for Motor Yachts with a Length Over All (LOA) of more than 25 meters.
  • STRICT PROHIBITION: Sailing yachts of any kind are not permitted, regardless of size.

The Digital Process & The 30-Day Rule

ATTENTION: The system only accepts applications for arrival dates within the next 30 days from the date of the request.

1. Application

Online submission of the form and uploading of required documents.

2. Approval

Document verification. Incomplete documents will lead to immediate rejection.

3. Payment (24h)

Payment within 24 hours of approval, otherwise the reservation is canceled.

4. Check-in

The process is activated online 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

EMERGENCY DIRECTIVE BY THE MYKONOS PORT AUTHORITY:
Due to the heavy traffic of scheduled passenger and car ferries, the entry and exit of private and commercial pleasure yachts at the Tourlos Marina (New Port) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED between 09:30 and 10:30.

Arrival Hours

Vessels must arrive for mooring exclusively between 12:00 (noon) and Sunset.

Captain’s Presence

The captain is strictly prohibited from leaving the island of Mykonos for the entire duration of the mooring.

Refueling

Telephone approval is required. In the Old Port (Zone 12), it is only permitted if it does not obstruct the cruise ship tenders.

Submitting the online form DOES NOT guarantee a berth. Final approval is at the sole discretion of the Port Fund. The exclusive channel for electronic communication is: marina@mykonosports.gr (Requests sent to info@ will not be considered).

Departure & Entrance Instructions

Point A – Marina: When departing, please follow the route marked with the red arrow (left side) towards Point B. This way you avoid congestion with ferry routes and ensure a safe exit from the marina.

Point B – Open Sea Exit: From this point you can safely continue to your destination. When returning to the marina, and after coordinating with the marina supervisor, follow the route marked with the green arrow (right side) to avoid the ferry routes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please be explicitly advised that once a reservation is approved and the payment is completed, the fee is strictly non-refundable. In the event that the vessel does not arrive at the port on the scheduled date (No-show) or the arrival is canceled for any reason on your end, no refunds will be issued.

Parabola Fees (Side Binding)

The mooring fees with a parable of professional pleasure boats, private pleasure boats, small boats, professional cruise ships, as well as traditional ships, result in a 25% increase of the respective mooring fee with stern mooring.

The daily fee for berthing with stern mooring is obtained from the values of the above tables multiplied by the length of the ship and divided by the annual number of days 365. The resulting number is rounded to the nearest second decimal place

General Rules and Guidelines

Rules of Use


  • Use is permitted exclusively for launching and hauling out boats.
  • Parking of vehicles and trailers in the marina area is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not block the queue – please respect other users.
  • Prepare your boat prior to entering the ramp.
  • Use of the ramp is permitted only during daylight hours (sunrise to sunset).
  • Use is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Prohibited


  • Washing boats directly on the ramp.
  • Dumping waste or discharging oil into the sea.
  • The use of the ramp by swimmers.

Vehicle Instructions

Park only in designated areas, outside the marina.

⚠️ Caution: Slippery surface.

Boat Safety

Use life jackets where required.
Check your engine and equipment before launching/hauling out.
Do not leave your boat unattended.

Video Surveillance

The area is monitored and recorded by a CCTV camera system 24/7 for security and protection purposes.
